What You’ll Do- Build and execute a strategic sales approach that drives consistent revenue growth and expands our market presence
- Hunt for new business across distributors, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers — and close deals that stick
- Serve as the go-to resource for your client portfolio, ensuring every account feels valued and supported
- Own negotiations on pricing, terms, and timelines with a win-win mindset
- Get in front of customers regularly through visits, product demos, and meaningful follow-ups
- Work hand-in-hand with our purchasing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Keep a sharp eye on market trends and competitive moves — turning insights into action
- Keep your pipeline organized and your CRM spotless
- Fly the company flag at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Be the voice of the customer internally — sharing feedback that shapes our products and marketing direction
- Real knowledge of food ingredients and how they perform in production environments
- The ability to read a room, understand what drives a customer’s business, and speak their language
- A reputation for being someone people trust — and want to keep doing business with
- Sharp communication skills, whether you're on a sales call, writing a proposal, or presenting to a room
- The drive to manage your own territory and hit your numbers without needing someone to light a fire under you
