Security GuardAre you a customer-focused and professional security guard who takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment?
We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team and serve as both a security presence and a front-line ambassador for our organization. In this role, you will help protect our employees, visitors, and property while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
As one of the first people visitors encounter when entering our office, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring the safety and security of our workplace.
What You'll Do- Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the office building and surrounding property.
- Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
- Monitor building access and verify identification as needed.
- Control entry and exit points to maintain building security.
- Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Enforce company security and safety procedures.
- Identify and report potential safety concerns or security risks.
- Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and visitors by providing directions, assistance, and support as needed.
