Job Overview

Pay Range: $33.90hr - $38.90hr

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and supporting preventative maintenance activities.
  • Performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance and supports minor building maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirement/Must Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Ability to use torque wrenches, basic tools, impact tools, and measuring tools.
  • Experience with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters.
  • Willingness to undergo additional technical training (mobile equipment, confined space, high voltage, lockout/tagout).
  • Ability to pass mobile equipment testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to maintain safe working practices and follow procedures.
Experience
  • Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance activities.
  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment using manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and restore equipment to optimal condition.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
  • Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment.
  • Modify machines for specialized operational requirements.
  • Perform minor building maintenance including plumbing and electrical tasks.
  • Maintain technical library and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S principles.
  • Use proper tools and diagnostic equipment to support maintenance operations.
  • Support compliance with safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Should Have
  • Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics preferred.
  • Experience with furnaces and induction equipment preferred.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Experience with cutting torches and basic welding preferred.
Skills
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
  • Use of diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
  • Blueprint and schematic reading.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
  • Safety compliance and 5S practices.
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills (preferred).
Qualification And Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
