Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology
Job Type: Per Required Need
Location:
Market - SS - CA - Rancho Cucamonga
Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.
- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management, typically within 24 hours.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixture fittings.
- Complete necessary forms and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installs involving 2+ people; provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed to contribute to overall success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as required.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to adjust to changing tasks and environments.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email.
- Proficiency using a smartphone for clocking, photography, uploading, and application usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Preferred experience with installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, and following planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device and ability to navigate various communication platforms independently.
- Completion of all training assignments within designated time frames.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Superior leadership, professional communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- $20.25 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
- Job assignments Monday–Friday; weekends not required (but available upon request).
