• Develop and implement new programs from the ground up
• Collaborate on innovative solutions and cutting-edge projects
• Help drive the growth and success of a rapidly expanding company
• Explore new technologies and approaches
• Develop and optimize complex 5-axis tool paths
• Generate accurate G-code for high-precision machining
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot and refine processes for maximum output quality

• Strong experience with 5-axis CNC programming and CAM software
• Deep understanding of G‑code and machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD models
• Strong programming skills and problem‑solving mindset
• Excitement to explore new technologies and approaches
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
