An experienced CDL‑A Team Driver in the dedicated division of C.R. England can count on consistent miles with regular routes, highly competitive pay, health and retirement benefits, and the industry’s best equipment.
Drivers on this dedicated Target fleet pull no‑touch freight loads and average 3,900 miles a week.
Valid CDL‑A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required.This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
Loads start and finish in Rialto, CA with deliveries to AZ, UT, NV and CA.
Mainly no‑touch freight preloaded at the shipper.
Additional pay for unloading, if needed.
This account can take true teams or individual drivers that will be matched with a teammate.
Consistent schedule and predictable miles.
Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly – Set day off.
CPM split. Driver gets paid for all the miles the truck runs.
Stop pay and safe/on‑time bonus.
Company‑provided top‑of‑the‑line automatic transmission trucks pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers.
Trucks must be parked at the Colton facility.
Weekly pay.

Driver Requirements- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 3 or more months of recent Class A CDL experience
- Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD&D insurance
