• Operate all equipment safely.
• Stock and add ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and clean equipment and facility daily.
• Receive, process, and fulfill telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ door, delivering flyers and door hangers as required.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
• Assist with in‑person order processing.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and able to provide accurate monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Proficient with computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Navigation skills: read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, push/pull up to 7.5 lb, and carry up to 30 lb items.
• Walking for short distances; most tasks performed from a standing position; occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach above 72 in, and work in cramped areas such as a walk‑in cooler.
• Tolerance for varying temperatures (36°–90° F), weather exposure, and fumes from food odors.
