About the Position
We are actively recruiting an experienced Radiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California, commencing Mar 23, 2026. This position offers 8-hour shifts focused on emergency room and general readings, transitioning to solo coverage after 5 pm. The role encompasses a variety of cases, including urgent stat reads with specific turnaround times for strokes and other critical diagnostics.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform readings for ER and general cases.
Provide overlap coverage until 5 pm, followed by solo coverage.
Conduct stat reads with a 2-hour turnaround time.
Conduct stroke stat reads with a 20-minute turnaround time.
Interpret a high volume of CT reads, including pulmonary, general diagnostics, abdomen, and pelvis studies.
Focus primarily on body imaging.
Confirm strokes through readings, not involving interventional radiology procedures.
