Job Description In a childcare setting for children under six years old, ensure the relationship with parents, supervise, organize, and animate activities that contribute to the awakening and development of children. Participate in the development and follow-up of the establishment's pedagogical project, collaborate in the distribution of daily care. Main activities:

• Welcome the child and their family
• Participate in the development of the establishment project
• Develop and implement educational projects
• Organize and animate developmental activities for the child
• Value and support the parental function
• Provide care to children
• Take care of the child individually and in groups
• Prepare, present, and manage the material
• Organize meetings and interviews with parents and staff
• Propose improvements to the reception, layout, and functioning
• Evaluate the actions carried out

Profile of the position.

A.

Required skills:

- diploma of early childhood educator;

- dialogue with parents and other adults surrounding the child;

- develop manual and artistic activities;

- apply the regulation on hygiene and safety;

- adapt your intervention to the needs of the children and the structure;

- work in a team and report on your activity;

- communicate with the public.

B. Qualities necessary for the exercise of the function:

- civility, politeness, and courtesy;

- adherence to the projects and the rules of operation of the municipal services;

- respect for the obligation of reserve and hierarchy;

- ability to inform and train colleagues;

- adaptability in the face of new situations.
