What will be your future challenges?

• Conception and implementation of a quantification system for exposures, profitability, and value creation
• Production of profitability indicators for new business (NBV, NBM, Payback period…) and value creation (VIF, Surplus…)
• Contribution to the realization of ALM studies (Strategic Asset Allocation) for the DI, to understand the impact on economic metrics (real world) and solvency metrics (risk-neutral world / Equity, SCR, Ratio…)
• Monitoring of interest rate risk and financial hedging strategies in collaboration with the DI
• Calculation and projection of financial indicators (Duration gap, financial returns)
• Production and maintenance of a technical margin projection tool for activity management, for the technical life direction
• Conducting cross-functional studies on the landing issues of PB to understand the evolution of solvency
• Conducting R&D work on capital optimization through financial hedging or inforce/new business management (product innovations or pricing)
• Review and challenge of the assembly notes of new products, financial hedging (including capital impact)…Identification of levers to optimize solvency, in the short and medium term (reinsurance treaties, review of the liability structure, Repo…)
• Participation in regulatory monitoring work of the Direction Interaction strong and demanding with other teams (Reporting S2, model, technical life direction, DI, accounting direction, Risk Management…)

Are you the person who will meet this challenge?

• Graduated from a Bac + 5 in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, and/or Actuarial Science
• Experience of at least 5 years
• Mastery of the Prophet tool
• Team spirit, ease of communication, pedagogy, and pragmatism
• Rigor and good communication
• Curiosity, desire to understand operational issues in insurance and ability to measure financial stakes
