The Infrastructure Directorate of the DSI is hiring! Within the IT Project Monitoring Division, we are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager Intern (H/F) for a duration of 12 months, starting from September 2026.

1 / What will be your future missions?

You will actively participate in the management, coordination, and structuring of Infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the elaboration and update of schedules
• Prepare and follow project committees: minutes, indicators, schedules.
• Identify dependencies, anticipate risks, and report alerts.
• Contribute to the standardization of methods within the team: processes, templates, operating procedures.
• Centralize and structure internal documentation.
• Propose improvements to streamline the management of IT projects.
• Frame and follow small technical projects (storage, virtualization, network, cybersecurity…).
• Prepare management and reporting tools for the management.
• Contribute to the definition of the change management (impacts, stakeholders, communication, training).
• Set up a reusable repository: deliverables, checklists, standard schedule.
• Participate in the life of the service and cross-functional workshops.
• Work as an interface with the DTIT teams (Network, Systems, Security, Studies, Cross-functional Directorates and PMO).

2 / In what environment will you evolve?

You will join a team of 6 colleagues, within the Infrastructure Directorate of the DSN (Digital Service Directorate). You will work in a collaborative, versatile, and at the crossroads of multiple technical and business needs environment.

3 / Are you the person who will rise to this challenge?

You are preparing a Master's degree in Management School, Commerce, or Project Management, with a strong appetite for technical subjects, and wish to develop your skills in an enriching environment. Previous experience would be a plus.

You master office tools and AI, and have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis, especially for the elaboration of schedules. Knowledge of Power BI and previous experience in this field would be a plus.

You show relational ease, good communication skills, as well as rigor and organization to carry out your missions effectively.
