IT Resilience Plan Writer

Within the client's Information Systems Department and reporting to the IT Resilience Manager, the role involves writing the IT continuity plan following the established roadmap, in line with business requirements in the event of an IT or cyber incident.

The role will involve interacting with various teams, including shared line services, Saas providers, and business units to gather all necessary information for the successful completion of the mission.

Objectives and Deliverables

• Map the application perimeter concerned and associated resilience needs

• Identify dependencies (infrastructure, applications, hardware, AD, etc.)

• Retrieve information on the resilience level in place from operational staff or by studying contracts

• Analyze the gap between needs and reality and follow the mitigation/acceptance of associated risks

• Evaluate and strengthen continuity architectures (cloud, on-prem)

• Anticipate contract renewals to integrate a PASF or at least, stronger security and resilience clauses (SLA)

• Map the ecosystem concerned by the PCIT perimeter

• Write DRPs for infrastructures supporting critical applications

• Write DRPs for critical applications

• Write DRPs for dependencies

• Write a remediation plan after a cyber attack respecting the E3R principle "containment, eviction, eradication, reconstruction"

• Prepare crisis communication

• Prepare and deploy live tests to ensure PC-IT functionality (restoration test, crisis exercise, etc.)

The profile sought is an experienced (>5 years) professional in IT/infra/cyber continuity, with a good command of critical infrastructures (IT, cloud, etc.) and skills in resilience (continuity, crisis management, risk management). Proficiency in professional English is necessary.
