Eisenhower is seeking an Epic Clinical Documentation certified analyst or individual that possesses relevant experience in the clinical setting to join Eisenhower to gain certification within the required time frame. This analyst will provide production support, on call and after-hours support, develop new functionality, analysis, problem solve, and support our clinical and non-clinical users daily fast paced environment. In this role, this analyst will own or manage small to medium projects.
Supports the core functions of EMC Epic clinical applications to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This position will implement, administer, and support assigned clinical systems under the guidance of senior members of the team. This position will have a thorough understanding of assigned applications, ancillary systems, and health system operations. This position will address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity and deliver clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows across the organization.
Coordinate application support with other information technology teams including System Administrator’s, DBA, Networking, Reporting, and the Help Desk. Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department’s policies and procedures. Provide solutions to work orders, trouble tickets and projects for assigned departments.

- Required:
Relevant Epic certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application; must complete relevant Epic certification(s) within 12 months of hire or 12 months from transferring into position

Two to four years in healthcare or information systems related positions - Preferred:
Experience with the assigned applications desirable (Epic Certification if applicable); experience working in an acute healthcare or vendor setting
