Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and support the General Manager;
Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions;
Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager;
Inspect the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition; report repairs;
Ensure staff follow dress code and Cinemark policies; enforce safety procedures
