Summary
The Senior Director, Brand Marketing & Partnerships is responsible for shaping and executing Agua Caliente Casinos’ brand voice, visibility, and market presence across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role oversees advertising, media strategy, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and strategic sponsor ships and partnerships. This leader ensures a cohesive, high-impact brand strategy that drives awareness, visitation, and revenue while positioning Agua Caliente Casinos as the premier entertainment and gaming destination in the Coachella Valley.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide advertising and media strategy, including planning, buying, creative development, and performance optimization.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Direct public relations efforts, including media relations, messaging, crisis communications, and executive visibility.
- Lead media sponsorship and partnership negotiations to secure optimal value, maximize ROI, and brand impact.
- Develop and manage sponsor ships and strategic partnerships that elevate brand equity and drive measurable ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints and properties.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage departmental budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams across brand, digital, and communications functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Must comply with all applicable Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Tribal Regulations.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Required Education and/or
Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of management experience in marketing leadership, preferably in gaming, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
- Proven success leading advertising, media, digital, PR, and brand strategy at scale.
- Proactive, self‑directed leader able to work independently and drive initiative to completion.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, omnichannel campaigns, and modern media ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience interfacing with executives, media, and external partners.
- Strategic, creative, and results‑driven leadership style.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke‑filled environment. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalaten when located in the casino environment.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and have sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including, but not limited to, a computer, keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi‑line telephone.
