Registered Nurse; RN-Perianesthesia – EDOSC

Job Objective

Provides direct patient care, collaborates with patients, families, peers, physicians and other members of the health care team in the delivery of health care services to the specific patient population. Assesses patient’s needs, plans care, implements and evaluates patient care in accordance with the patient’s needs based on the nurse’s knowledge of growth/development, the hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures and standards.

Demonstrates leadership skills and a commitment to professional accountability and growth.

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing or enrollment in an RN‑BSN or RN‑MSN program within one (1) year of hire and completion within five (5) years of hire if hired after July1,2012.

Required:

California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) required in all departments upon hire; additional certifications required as outlined based on assigned department.

• ONS Provider Card: within 90 days of hire – 7641 Main Infusion, 7643 Hem/Onc Infusion (LCCC), 7646 Hem/Onc Infusion (Rancho Plaza), 7647 Hem/Onc Bighorn Infusion (Argyros) – within one (1) year of hire if hired after February1,2026; current employees must obtain ONS Provider Card by November1,2026

Required:

One (1) year of acute care RN experience or successful completion of Eisenhower’s Nurse Residency Program. Preferred:
Experience in the area of specialty.

Clinical Manager or Director.

N/A, delegates to licensed and non‑licensed assistive personnel.
