Position: Nursing Assistant-Concierge Services-ECA Leased Employees
Job Objective
Under the direction of Eisenhower Concierge Services (ECS) executive leadership and in close collaboration with department Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses, the Nursing Assistant performs nursing assistant skills within their scope of practice.

36. Sign On Bonus Eligible. Department: ECA Leased Employees.
Education and Certification
High school diploma, GED or higher level degree if hired after April 10, 2016.
California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) if hired after April 10, 2016; in lieu of CNA, one (1) complete semester of education in an accredited associate’s degree in nursing (ADN or ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. American Heart Association BLS. California Driver License and auto insurance.

Essential Responsibilities
Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and reports suspected violations.Adheres to HIPAA, exceptional commitment to patient confidentiality.Continuously treats all clients and stakeholders with kindness, empathy, dignity, and respect, even in the presence of adverse circumstances.Assists with and is accountable for adhering to safe, high‑quality patient/client care, within scope and according to prescribed nursing care plan.Maintains a professional image and a clean, orderly environment during the delivery of care.Actively promotes a supportive setting that embraces the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health and healing.Ensures timely presentation to client’s home or requested site of service, dressed in organization‑approved attire/uniform, and in full compliance with dress code standards.Monitors patient physical and emotional condition; reports any changes in status promptly to Lead RN or other appropriate RN, and documents vitals or other pertinent information accurately.Positional and ambulation of clients per plan of care.Assists with set up and/or feedings of clients.May be required to accompany clients to ensure safety during transport to provider appointments, testing, or procedures where appropriate.Accurately performs duties assigned by and under the supervision of the healthcare team; does not deviate without involving the RN.Adheres to guidelines for change of shift report from assigned staff member.Completes documentation accurately as per policy.Maintains tidiness of client’s care area and may perform light housekeeping or meal preparation.Facilitates client’s participation in all decisions regarding care and appropriately advocates on their behalf.Prioritizes care in accordance with client’s needs.Communicates pertinent information and employs SBAR for handover of care.Intervenes appropriately to reduce anxiety and enhance patients’ ability to follow prescribed care, aspires to build/maintain patient trust.Assists other staff in delivery of care, as appropriate.Recognizes potentially critical situations and takes action to minimize adverse outcomes.Actively seeks opportunities to support and uplift department morale.Promotes a positive organization image when interfacing with the public/clients, medical system staff/professional, and takes action to address issues or immediately informs and engages ECS executive leadership.Ensures appropriate capture…
