Under the direction and oversight of Eisenhower Concierge Services (ECS) executive leadership assumes responsibility for organizing, coordinating and delivering exceptional quality, concierge nursing services within their assigned team.
EducationRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Nursing.
Required:
California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA);
California Driver License and auto insurance.
Preferred:
Certification in one area of specialty.
Required:
Five (5) years of RN experience which includes direct patient care in acute, ambulatory or home health.
Preferred:
Nursing leadership and teaching/mentoring experience.
ECS Executive Leadership.
SupervisesRegistered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Nursing Assistants/Phlebotomists, Administrative Staff.
Ages of PatientsAdult, Geriatric.
Blood Borne PathogensHigh Potential.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Accurate assessment skills, appropriate to the age of the patient, based on scientific facts and principles
- Knowledge and ability to function in a professional role and serve as a professional role model
- Knowledge of current nursing, medical and health trends and practices in rendering of patient care
- Knowledge of patient care standards of care as they relate to services provided
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and formulate effective solutions
- Written and verbal communication skills
