Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing
** Licensure/Certification:

California Registered Nurse (RN) License;
American Heart Association BLS;
Additional certifications required as outlined based on assigned department:6400 2N LDRP
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA;
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification from AHA and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP);
Advanced Fetal Monitoring or Fetal Monitoring RNC 6530 Neonatal ICU Level II
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification from AHA and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP);
Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, and Emotional Support (STABLE) course completion 7420 Surgery Main
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA within 90 days of hire;
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification 7427 Perianesthesia - Main Surgery
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA within 90 days of hire;
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from AHA;
Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) certification 7431 EDOSC Surgery
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA within 90 days of hire;
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification 9655 Nursing Education
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHAWithin 90 days of hire Preferred:
Certification in Nursing Professional Development; certification in clinical specialty
