We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in hospice settings. The ideal candidate should have a valid RN license, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

We are currently looking for nurses for the Palm Springs area.

• Admissions.
• Recertification of patients.
• PRN Visits if needed.
• Patient assessments.
• Inform the patient of instructions for medication prescribed by a physician.
• Take and assess vital signs, record patient information, and report changes to the team of physicians.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Provide simple wound care if needed.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with established standards.
• PRN visits if necessary.
• Medication reconciliation.
• Checking the overall well-being of patients and any care they may require.

• Per Diem.
