Registered Nurse; RN-Electro Physiology Lab

Located in Southern California, Eisenhower Health is a not-for-profit hospital seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)-Electro Physiology Lab.

• Provides direct patient care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures and collaborates with patients, families, physicians, electrophysiologists, and other members of the health care team. Assesses patient needs, develops and implements individualized plans of care, and evaluates patient responses before, during, and after procedures. Monitors cardiac rhythms, vital signs, hemodynamic status, and sedation; administers medications; assists with EP studies, cardiac ablations, cardioversions, and device procedures;
  
  and recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition. Maintains patient safety, sterile technique, and professional standards while demonstrating clinical judgment, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality patient care.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Required:
  
  California RN License, Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Required:
  
  One (1) year of acute care Electro Physiology Lab, ED or ICU RN experience or the successful completion of Eisenhower's Nurse Residency Program

* A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RN positions. Part-time RN roles are eligible for a prorated bonus. The bonus is paid in installments of $2,500 with the first paycheck, $2,500 at one year, and $5,000 at two years. Employees must be in a part-time or full-time status at the time of the second and final bonus payments. Offer valid for external new hires only.
