Omni Hotels - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Motivate and lead sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.;
Lead the associate team; coach selling behaviors and deliver great customer service.;
Implement selling strategy and product training; track conversion rates and daily goals; implement incentives.;
Manage inventory and visual merchandising; conduct weekly inventory reports and coordinate merchandising.;
Assist Outlet Manager with recruiting/hiring, performance evaluations, and MOS audits.
