Allied Universal - Up to $21.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Staff a screening post at designated entry points by greeting entrants, supporting visitor check-in processes, and directing individuals to appropriate departments and/or waiting areas.;
Conduct screening activities as required by site policy, such as observing for signs of illness, asking screening questions, and coordinating next steps when an individual does not meet entry criteria.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and assisting with traffic flow and crowd control near entrances.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter as directed; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
