Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and reconcile shared expenses such as maintenance, insurance, and property taxes for accuracy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned retail properties to ensure efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee rent collection, monitor outstanding balances, and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies.
  • Develop and monitor property budgets, forecasts, and expense reports to maximize financial performance.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and contractors while maintaining service standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to perform financial analysis and create detailed reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Skilled in preparing variance analyses and handling complex data sets for property performance reviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of lease terms, compliance requirements, and property-related tax and insurance processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing retail properties or similar real estate portfolios.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Experience supporting leasing and marketing efforts, including conducting property tours and analyzing market trends.
