Security Guard - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy issues.;
Monitor access points and community rules by observing entries and exits, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors to appropriate locations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disputes, requesting assistance from emergency services when needed, and assisting with resident notifications per post orders.;
Document patrols, incidents, and policy violations in written and/or electronic reports, communicate observations to property management and/or supervisors, and assist with follow-up as directed.
