Job Details
You will join our growing team of Engineers and Geologists.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Join a dynamic team of engineers and geologists
- Oversee and design geotechnical field investigations (drilling, sampling, lab testing)
- Analyze subsurface and geologic data for modeling and design
- Perform geotechnical analyses for slope stability, liquefaction, foundation capacity, etc.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and design recommendations
- Manage projects from proposal to delivery and client coordination
- Use specialized software for analysis, mapping, and design
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across civil, structural, and pavement engineering
Skills:
- Must have:
California Professional Engineer (PE) license and B.S. in Civil Engineering - 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong expertise in geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design
- Proficiency with software such as LPILE, Slope/w, FLAC, CPet-IT, SHAFT, PYWALL
- Experience preparing technical geotechnical reports
- Project management experience including budgeting, proposals, and scheduling
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and ESRI ArcGIS
- GE license or Master's in Geotechnical Engineering (preferred)
