Spotless Brands is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support Site Manager in daily operations, lead frontline teams, and deliver outstanding customer experience. This role may support car wash or lube/oil service areas and may be salaried or hourly depending on site.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred where applicable.
