Distribution Tech

Life Bridge Health, Inc. seeks a Distribution Tech to support safe, efficient patient care by managing medical supplies across our hospitals. In this onsite role, you will receive, store, pick, and deliver supplies and equipment to clinical units, verify orders and inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and rotate stock to prevent shortages and waste. You'll use inventory systems and handheld devices, follow infection prevention and safety procedures, and collaborate closely with nursing and support teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with opportunities for training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming medical supplies and equipment deliveries
• Store, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure proper levels and minimize waste
• Pick, stage, and deliver supplies to nursing units and department locations on schedule
• Use inventory management systems and handheld devices to track stock and transactions
• Perform routine cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and PPE protocols in all storage and transport areas
• Operate carts and material handling equipment safely to move supplies
• Respond to urgent and stat requests from clinical areas in a timely manner
• Communicate with clinical and support staff to anticipate supply needs
• Support process improvements in supply chain workflows and documentation
