What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses
- Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators, in-services, and hands-on training

Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license
- ADN or BSN required (BSN preferred)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Previous PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
