Chapel Hill Nursing Center is a 63-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Randallstown, Maryland. Our top priority is providing respectful, compassionate and exceptional care to seniors in Randallstown, and the surrounding community. We treat our residents like family from the moment you arrive. We’re proud to provide comprehensive senior care, including 24/7 skilled nursing care, memory care, respite care, hospice care, rehabilitation and many more.
We are seeking both full and part-time employees to work 8 hour shifts and become part of our growing team.
Both full and part time employees are eligible for benefits after a probationary period with minimum hour requirements.

About the RoleAs an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands-on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
Serves as charge nurses when assigned
Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Attends all required educational activities and meetings. Documents care per policy requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.
Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate
