• Provide direct patient care in a fast‑paced emergency department setting with patient ratios of 1:4–6.
• Deliver care within a Primary Stroke Center and support STEMI protocols, coordinating transfer when cardiac catheterization intervention is required.
• Provide care within two locked behavioral health units in the ED, maintaining a ratio of 1:6 with support from ED staffing and security teams.
• Operate within rapid evaluation units designed for urgent care needs, critical care needs, and rapid medical screenings.
• Float within the hospital within scope of practice as needed.
• Complete mandatory onboarding modules virtually on the first day of contract and annually as directed.

• Active Registered Nurse license – valid Maryland or Compact license required at time of submission.
• Minimum three years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory.
• Must be able to float within the hospital within scope of practice.
• References required prior to submission.

• Experience in a Primary Stroke Center or STEMI‑capable facility.
• Background in behavioral health emergency care or locked unit environments.
• First‑time travel nurses are welcome to apply.
