Summary: Patapsco Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse to fill a nursing role in a skilled nursing facility setting. - Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care
- Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures
- Maintain complete healthcare records and reports
- Supervise, manage, and train LPN’s and GNA’s on staff
- Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility
- Current state nursing licensure
- BLS/CPR certification
- In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
- Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting
Problem‑solving skills, interest in a future management role, experience with Point, Click, Care platform.
