Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Randallstown, Maryland and surrounding areas.

Full‑time opportunity performing home health visits in territories throughout the Maryland area, including Pikesville, Towson, and Mount Washington. Flexible schedules and 1:1 care with a strong work/life balance.

• Follow the designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties: administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Manage case coordination and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet.

• Current RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Base pay: $55.00–$65.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
