Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Part‑time, weekend commitment – evening shift 11:00 am–11:30 pm) located in Randallstown, MD. Sign‑on bonus potential: $6,000.

The Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital serves over 60,000 patients per year and has 49 beds. It manages major and minor illnesses, primarily cardiac, stroke and behavioral health, with additional care for orthopedic injuries and minor trauma. The rapid care area is designated for minor illnesses.

The RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

• Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms
• Provide patient care in a high‑volume emergency environment
• Act as an advisor and resource for patients and their families
• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an RN diploma with relevant experience
• Less than 1 year of experience acceptable
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association CPR Certification
• Outgoing and positive attitude
