• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $87/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% practice‑funded 401(k).

• APP Incentive Units: $33,000 after 2 years of employment and completion of the USACS APP Academy.
