Exclusive Motorcars is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! We are looking for a high character individual who is receptive to new ideas and concepts. Extensive special fi-nance/deep sub-prime experience IS a PLUS! Previous import experience is a PLUS! Previous experience and a proven track record with secondary finance and deep subprime is a PLUS!
We are offering a strong compensation package and a flexible work week. Out of town candidates are encour-aged to apply! We will help with relocation expenses for the right candidate.

- Work directly with GM, Finance Director and Salespeople to make sure the staff is providing the best car buy-ing experience possible for customers
- Help hold Team Members accountable for follow up and following the sales process
- Must be able to structure and close special finance/deep subprime deals
- Participate in complaint calls and finding a resolution
- Assist Salespeople in asking customers for down payments, closing deals and helping clients

Requirements
- Extensive Special Finance/Deep Sub-Prime Experience is a PLUS
- Prior Experience with a high energy Used Car Dealership a PLUS
- Strong desking and closing skills
- A Proven Track Record of Job Stability and Performance
- Professional Appearance And Communication Skills
- Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required
- Willing To Learn our proven sales process
- Be A Team Player
- Receptive To New Ideas
- Strong computer skills (Internet, CRM's, DMS)
- Desk deals for sales professionals and takes T.O.'s to maximize the deal
- Meet with each salesperson as early as possible every day to review yesterday's results and today's plan of ac-tion.
