As our HVAC & Plumbing Purchasing Coordinator, you'll become the expert behind our pricing, procurement, and job-costing accuracy. • Pricing, Procurement & Vendor Control
• Maintain and update equipment and material pricing in Ply & Service Titan daily with extreme accuracy
• Analyze vendor pricing independently and negotiate improved terms
• Enforce current SOPs that ensure pricing stability and prevent unexpected changes
• Ensure all team members follow correct ordering procedures
• Verify proper receiving of all materials and equipment with the warehouse team
• Partner with accounting to confirm invoice accuracy before payment
• Assist with high priority purchasing and ordering when needed

• Track equipment, materials, and labor costs for every job
• Compare estimated versus actual cost and dig into discrepancies
• Identify cost-savings, pattern shifts, and opportunities for improvement
• Build expertise through detailed self-analysis of data and outcomes

• A natural drive for accuracy, structure, and mastery of complex information
• Strong analytical instincts - you enjoy diving into data and forming your own conclusions
• High mental stamina, with the ability to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence negotiating with vendors
