Construction Supervisor

Trueline’s client, a Boston‑area full‑service construction and restoration company, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team in Boston, MA (with service across the surrounding region). This role offers hands‑on construction supervision, bilingual English/Spanish capability, and the chance to grow with an expanding team. You’ll coordinate job sites, oversee crews, and ensure projects run smoothly and safely.

• Lead and manage daily operations on job sites including materials delivery, labor coordination, and schedule adherence.
• Take and maintain daily photo logs and notes documenting project progress and key milestones.
• Communicate clearly between field crews, subcontractors/trades, and project management to identify issues and keep work on track.
• Ensure tools, materials, and job sites comply with safety, cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Assist project managers with onsite tasks and provide hands‑on support when needed.

• Solid prior construction experience in either residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel within the region.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required, work on‑site and support crews.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Highly reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience, including managing subcontractors or trade crews.
• Familiarity with smartphones/tablets and digital logging or project tracking tools.
• Proven organizational skills managing multiple tasks or job sites concurrently.

• Competitive salary of $85,000‑$95,000 annually, plus benefits.
