Contracts Manager
Trueline’s client, a Boston‑area full‑service construction and restoration company, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team in Boston, MA (with service across the surrounding region). This role offers hands‑on construction supervision, bilingual English/Spanish capability, and the chance to grow with an expanding team. You’ll coordinate job sites, oversee crews, and ensure projects run smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do as the Construction Supervisor:- Lead and manage daily operations on job sites including materials delivery, labor coordination, and schedule adherence.
- Take and maintain daily photo logs and notes documenting project progress and key milestones.
- Communicate clearly between field crews, subcontractors/trades, and project management to identify issues and keep work on track.
- Ensure tools, materials, and job sites comply with safety, cleanliness and organizational standards.
- Assist project managers with onsite tasks and provide hands‑on support when needed.
- Solid prior construction experience in either residential or commercial settings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel within the region.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as required, work on‑site and support crews.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Highly reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience, including managing subcontractors or trade crews.
- Familiarity with smartphones/tablets and digital logging or project tracking tools.
- Proven organizational skills managing multiple tasks or job sites concurrently.
- Competitive salary of $85,000‑$95,000 annually, plus benefits.
- Company vehicle (Ford F‑150) provided for travel between sites.
