The company delivers a wide range of projects across multifamily, historic preservation, affordable housing and commercial sectors, completing both ground-up construction and complex renovations typically ranging from $5M to $50M+. Job Description

* Prepare conceptual, hard-bid and GMP estimates for new construction and renovation projects

* Perform detailed quantity take-offs and scope reviews from drawings and specifications

* Solicit, analyse and level subcontractor bids

* Collaborate closely with project management, operations and ownership teams

* Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

* Manage multiple estimates simultaneously across varying project types

The Successful Applicant

* Experience estimating commercial construction projects with a GC or CM

* Exposure to multifamily, affordable housing, historic or commercial projects preferred

* Strong understanding of construction means, methods and local market pricing

* Ability to work across multiple project phases and deadlines

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Senior-level candidates should demonstrate leadership within preconstruction
