  • Coach Educators and Leadership Teams:
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical assistance to school staff and administrators, ensuring fidelity of implementation and staff capacity-building.
  • Drive Systems-Level Change:
Collaborate with district leaders to assess, develop, and refine school-wide systems, practices and data tools that support sustainable behavioral and academic success.
  • Lead Data-Driven Decision Making:
Support teams in collecting, analyzing, and using data to inform instruction, monitor interventions, and evaluate overall system performance.
What You Bring
  • Certification:
    Active BCBA certification (Preferred)
  • Education:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years post-certification, with demonstrated experience in school-based settings, systems-level consultation, and capacity-building.
