As a Childcare Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational journey of our children. Your mission is to not only impart knowledge but also instill a deep love for learning. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a profound understanding of effective teaching methodologies with a specialization in preschool education.

This is a full time position and we are seeking Certified Teachers for our Randolph, MA Inspire school (address listed below). Candidates must be EEC Teachers or Lead Teacher Certified.

Responsibilities

* Provides nurturing care to young children in a group setting

* Support children's emotional, physical, or behavioral well-being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills

* Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms

* Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in state regulations

Compensation

What you need:

* High School Diploma.

* CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in ECE.

* Ability to push, pull and lift up- to 45 pounds.
