The Randolph High School Mathematics Teacher will facilitate student success in academic and interpersonal skills through academic courses of study and implement district approved curriculum, documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations and goals.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and various community agencies for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions, and planning curriculum.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging instruction.
- Promote equity and appreciation of diversity.
- Maintain classroom management.
- Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement.
- Provide rigorous instruction aligned with the MA Common Core Practices and Standards.
- Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal and/or Department Head.

Job Requirements- Massachusetts Teacher License in Mathematics, 8-12 with SEI Endorsement.
- AP Statistics experience preferred.
- Experience working with high school age students in a diverse, multicultural academic setting.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
