  Join forces with our dynamic team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other healthcare heroes to craft personalized treatment plans for our incredible kiddos with ASD.

  Embark on thrilling assessment journeys, delving deep into clients' medical histories and developmental needs to guide our path towards superhero-level treatment planning.

  Forge powerful alliances with external healthcare providers, uniting with pediatricians, psychologists, and specialists to ensure our superheroes receive the seamless, integrated care they deserve.

• Team Trainer:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
