As a key player on our team, you will be the driving force behind our ABA services, leading behavior analytics for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Position Overview

The Senior Clinical Director holds a key leadership position within this program. In this role, you will work alongside several special education and clinical experts in the field. You will be responsible for developing and continuing the strategic enhancement opportunities that are provided at Randolph School, designed to meet the unique needs of this population of students. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the application of behavior analytic principles to address learning difficulties and problem behavior.

What

You’ll Do Leadership
  • Oversee and supervise five classrooms for students diagnosed with autism and related disabilities.
  • Supervise team clinicians in all aspects of programming, including:
    • Functional behavior assessment (including functional analysis) and development of behavior support plans
    • Development and implementation of programs to enhance student skills in the areas of social communication and interaction
    • Staff training and professional development
  • Provide BCBA supervision as needed.
  • Attend IEP meetings and support the team with the development of IEP goals.
  • Assist in the completion of weekly/monthly physical management reviews.
  • Facilitate and oversee monthly Clinical Director meetings to review and address clinical needs, programs, and concerns.
  • Facilitate and oversee the MCR Human Rights Committee.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical training systems to support teachers and behavior specialists in the implementation of educational curricula and application of ABA principles in the classroom.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of staff training and provision of ongoing clinical supports to enhance student skill acquisition.
  • Provide support and training to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure access to and use of training tools, templates, and resources in accordance with approved clinical and educational standards.
Strategic Initiatives & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including educational staff and allied health professionals, to ensure high-quality implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in the school leadership team, guiding systems‑change and capacity building in applied behavior analysis.
  • Assist in the development of new organizational programs, training, and other initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, or related field required;
    Ph. D preferred
  • Certification as a BCBA or BCBA‑D for at least 5 years required; eligible to provide BCBA supervision preferred
  • 5+ years of experience providing behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities required
  • Skilled in effective supervision, team building, problem‑solving, and staff training
  • At least 5 years' experience in supervision and staff training
  • Familiarity and experience with both skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments and treatment approaches, including but not limited to the ABLLS and VB‑MAPP, Discrete Trial Instruction, Natural Environment teaching, and Functional Analysis
