SCHEDULE: Part‑Time Mon, Tues, Wed 8a‑12 Noon. Thurs & Fri, 8a‑11a (23 hrs)
Residential Rehab Educators/Counselors assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with goal setting and achievement, activities of daily living, engagement in meaningful activities, socialization, transportation, and medication administration. Implement treatment plans that help clients reach goals and manage symptoms. Help clients develop independence and enhance quality of life.
Education: HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, health sciences toward an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in the health and human services field and/or related education or training.
- Ongoing training and development provided.
- Patience, understanding, and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
- Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn an electronic health record system.
- Current valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to a personal vehicle required at some sites.
- CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications required.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range: $20 - $20 USD
