• Managing multiple projects and interacting well with clients in online coordination meetings and on-site
• Representing Cox from a coordination standpoint in all internal and external meetings
• Ensuring deliverables are completed within established time frames, cost plan, and defined customer expectations
• Ensuring required Safety, Health & Environmental standards are achieved and regulatory conditions are met
• Communicating project progress to the customer, Operations Manager, and team regularly and in a timely manner
• Proactively managing foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary
• Managing changes to the project without unduly affecting stated objectives and benefits

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in HVAC preferred
• Experience using Procore a plus
• Proven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional, business environment
