Auto Paint Prepper

DeVivo Companies is hiring a full-time, alternative‑shift Auto Paint Prepper for our Randolph, MA body shop. In this entry‑level role, you will prepare vehicles for the repair process, helping our technicians deliver high‑quality results while learning the business and growing your career.

• Compensation of $/hour

• Prepare vehicles properly for paint, including washing, taping, masking, etc.
• Identify imperfections
• Rub and polish completed vehicles
• Assist technician in other areas as assigned
• Attend and collaborate with team during daily production meetings
• Work closely with coworkers to meet deadlines
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
• Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.

• 1+ years’ experience in a related field
• High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
• Be able to work in a flexible, fast‑paced environment
• Driver’s license
• I‑CAR or ASE training will set you above the crowd
