Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seed Processing Supervisor
to support our Seed Department with maintaining bulk inventory, creating and processing work orders and overseeing a team.

• Maintain accurate records of bulk seed inventory
• Create and process work orders to support production needs across multiple product lines
• Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 12-15 employees
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Plan and allocate weekly workload to maintain efficiency across all production areas
• Provide cross-functional support
• Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of algebraic concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
