LPN Supervisor - Exempt

LPN Shift Supervisor – Randolph, MA

Position: LPN Shift Supervisor at Care One  RN Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy are adhered to and quality care is maintained.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the absence of key nursing leadership.
• Delegate the administrative authority and accountability necessary for assigned duties.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or accredited RN program preferred, or graduate of approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in approved RN program and actively pursuing RN licensure.
• 1+ year experience as supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in skilled nursing and knowledge of long-term care federal regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
