** _QA/QC Manager_
** to lead the quality function for a highly technical manufacturing operation producing custom HVAC and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units supporting demanding customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have real ownership of quality - from incoming materials and production through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer inspections and final shipment.
** What You'll Do:*
* + Lead quality operations from incoming materials through final inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
+ Oversee quality inspections, testing, nonconformances, and corrective actions
+ Lead root cause investigations, CAPA, 5-Why and Fishbone analysis
+ Own FAT documentation and support customer-witnessed testing
+ Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management to resolve quality issues
+ Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs and electrical schematics
+ Develop and improve SOPs, inspection processes and quality systems
+ Track rework and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive continuous improvement
+ Lead, train and develop quality and production employees
+ Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and third-party inspectors

* What You Bring:
*
* + 3+ years of quality leadership or supervisory experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
+ Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
+
Experience with ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Epicor or Oracle
+ Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action processes
+ Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
+ HVAC manufacturing or sheet metal experience is an asset
